Rates:
Our weekly rates are the following:
- From January to May: € 400.00 - per week
- June: € 600.00 - per week
- July: € 700.00 - per week
- August: € 900.00 - per week
- September: € 600.00 - per week
- From October to December: € 400.00 - per week
General conditions:
- The apartment is rented for a minimum period of one week (from Saturday to Saturday).
- The arrival time is beginning at 12:00 (check-in).
- Guests must leave the apartment by 10:00 a.m. Saturday (check-out).
- A guarantee deposit of 50% is required at the time of the reservation.
- A security deposit € 200.00 is required on arrival and will be returned on departure on verifying the good condition of the apartment.
- A supplemental fee for final cleaning (Euro 45) is the responsibility of the client.
- Light, water, and gas costs are included.
- No pets are allowed.
