Advice for spending a pleasant vacation in Porto San Paolo
Porto San Paolo is the village from which it is easier to reach the island of Tavolara, at the center of the Protected Marine Area of the same name. The island is served daily by boats that leave every half hour. Travel time is approximately 15/20 minutes, and it is also possible to make a reservation for an exciting boat tour to explore the entire area of the island.
Every July, the area hosts the Festival of Tavolara, one of the major national cinematography events, where visitors may attend outdoor film showings in the presence of the actors and well-known faces from Italian stage and screen in the magnificent setting of Tavolara’s beaches.
This area is one of the most beautiful and famous of all Sardinia, located approximately 40 Km from the Emerald Coast and including, among others, the beaches of Coda Cavallo, Cala Brandinchi and Puntaldia. Just 10 Km away is San Teodoro, another tourist site also known for its night life and the enjoyment offered by its many night spots.

Our weekly rates are the following:
- From 09/30/2010 to 01/31/2011: € 900.00 - per week
- From 02/01/2011 to 05/31/2011: € 615.00 - per week
- From 05/31/2011 to 06/30/2011: € 900.00 - per week
- From 06/30/2011 to 07/31/2011: € 1150.00 - per week
- From 07/31/2011 to 08/31/2011: € 1250.00 - per week
- From 08/31/2011 to 09/30/2011: € 1150.00 - per week
- From 09/30/2011 to 12/31/2011: € 900.00 - per week
General conditions:
- The apartment is rented for a minimum period of one week (from Saturday to Saturday).
- The arrival time is beginning at 12:00 (check-in).
- Guests must leave the apartment by 10:00 a.m. Saturday (check-out).
- A guarantee deposit of 50% is required at the time of the reservation.
- A security deposit € 200.00 is required on arrival and will be returned on departure on verifying the good condition of the apartment.
- A supplemental fee for final cleaning (Euro 45) is the responsibility of the client.
- Light, water, and gas costs are not included and will be charged as a single fee.
- No pets are allowed.
